Most commonly used by our residential and light commercial clients, our Quarterly program includes four services per year for the control of spiders, common household insects, mice, rats and meadow voles. After your initial interior and exterior service, subsequent warm weather services (3 per year) will be exterior treatments to the perimeter of your structure(s) and surroundings to prevent spider, insect and rodent invasion. The winter service will be a complete inspection and treatment to the interior of your structure(s) to control any spiders and insects that may have slipped past our barrier, as well as to freshen up all of the equipment and traps that were installed indoors during your initial service. Winter service also includes a termite inspection, an inspection of the food storage areas for stored product pests, and exterior rodent control as snow cover allows.

Pests NOT covered under this service include termites, bed bugs, ground moles and wood destroying beetles.

This service includes our unlimited service warranty, which means that if you are experiencing pest activity between scheduled services, we will return at no charge up to 60 days after your last scheduled service to take care of any unwanted activity.

This series of six services per year during the warm weather months includes a misting treatment for the control of adult mosquitos and ticks outdoors on your property.  Each service also includes a thorough property inspection during which we identify and treat any existing mosquito breeding areas (standing water).  Whenever possible, standing water should be eliminated rather than treated. 

For those who are only interested in controlling exterior rodent populations on their property, we offer our Exterior Rodent Control Program.  This program includes four services per year for the control of mice, rats, and meadow voles on your property.  This service does Not include coverage for rodent activity inside the structure(s), and ground mole treatments are also not included.

Most commonly used by our clients who are only interested in exterior service, our Exterior Perimeter program includes four services per year for the control of spiders, common household insects, mice, rats and meadow voles outside.  Because this service comes with a limited  warranty, most clients who select this option eventually migrate to our full Quarterly program, which is available for very little additional investment.
