  • Are your services safe for children and pets?

    Yes, your safety is our primary concern!  All of our materials are applied safely, professionally, and according to label instructions.  In some cases, we may recommend that children and pets remain out of a treated area until the materials have dried, typically for about an hour.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are Monday Through Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm.  Email questions and web inquiries are typically handled after hours, shortly after they are received.  Service hours can be extended to early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays as needed at the convenience of our clients.

  • Where are you located?

    We are the local company you can TRUST!, located at 1151 Four Star Drive, Suite 1 in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, 17552.  Our service area covers Lancaster county and surrounding areas.

  • How much do you charge for your services?

    All of our program services are fairly and affordably priced based upon the size of the structure or property we are treating. Structural services like our Quarterly Pest Control program are based on the number of linear feet around the exterior perimeter of the building. Property services like our Tick and Mosquito program service are based on the square footage of the areas to be treated. Discounts are available to clients who combine multiple services at the same location.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks as methods of payments.  Most services can be paid after each service is completed, or we can set up monthly payments if you prefer to budget your services into 12 automatic installments.
